When Can You Return or Exchange?

We accept returns and exchanges only in the case of a manufacturing defect — any damage, crack, or fault that occurred during production, not as a result of use after delivery.

To be eligible:

Report the defect immediately upon receiving your order or upon discovering the defect
Submit your request within 14 days of the delivery date
The product must be unused and in its original packaging
The defect must not be caused by misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage after delivery

How to Submit a Request

Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email as soon as you notice the defect
Send clear photos clearly showing the defect
Our team will review your request within 24 hours
Once approved, we will arrange pickup from your address within 1 to 3 business days

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 1 to 2 business days
The refund will be returned to your original payment method

Exchange

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will ship the replacement item after receiving and inspecting the original product.

Completely Free of Charge

All returns and exchanges due to manufacturing defects are completely free of charge. We cover all pickup and reshipping costs.

Non-Eligible Cases

Products that have been used
Damage caused by misuse or improper handling after delivery
Requests submitted more than 14 days after delivery
Products not in their original packaging
